Mike Willis is a SingerSongwriter, Venue Owner and Idea Guy in the Hastings Music Scene.
Moving to the UK from Nashville, Tennessee in 2015, Mr. Willis has been making music happenings happen in Hastings ever since.
During the oft-referred to “COVID Times,” Mike began marketing exclusive unique intimate local events using WhatsApp group now called Mikes List. The events are always ticketed and feature interesting artists and bands both on tour and local.
His small shop/venue, Ramshackle, is based in St. Leonards and seats up to 30 people in an intimate and unsual space, and Henry Ward Hall is a jawdropping 500 seat Listening Room in Hastings Town Centre.
Mike recently completed an album called “Sunday Flying” with his band mates Evan Jenkins (drums), James Davison (bass), and Jim Board (lead guitar). The album is currently being pressed by local record-making outfit, Curved Studios.
Once the album is released, Mike is planning a small tour of intimate listening rooms across the UK and Europe.
