Host Sites Required

Urgently required for A Net Zero project!
We are looking for a business in the Hastings area that would be willing to host our equipment on their premises for the purpose of monitoring the stability of the local electricity network. Our equipment is all contained in a single IP rated panel that is fastened to a wall using 4 screws and connected to a 240V power supply. The panel (Smart Meter) contains an electricity frequency/voltage monitor equipment as well as a sim enabled mobile router for connectivity to our cloud platform. The Panel has dimensions of approx. 200h x 400w x 150h mm and the power consumption of the unit is small <£20 per year.
In terms of payments, we would pay you £350 per year for hosting our equipment plus £50 per year for electricity consumption which would be payable pro rata 6 months in advance i.e. £200 per every 6 months. Initially, we would like a minimum contract of 1 year. The agreement will then be evergreen after the first year and can be terminated by either party at the end of the first 12 months by giving 3 months’ notice. However, we believe that we will likely require this service for a minimum of 6 years.
