Merlin Nova is a conceptual, multimedia artist who combines music and theatre in her work. She works with sound, performance, radio and film.
Nova released her ‘creepy, funny and all out terrifying’ (The Wire) debut album BOO! in 2020 and her energetic choral EP Big Heart, long time love 2021. She has worked with Slow Dance, NTS, Young Turks, FAT OUT, Café Oto and BBC Radio 6 Late Junction.
Nova’s radio work straddles fact and fiction. Some of her most recent radio work was commissioned by London Curatorial, Proposition Studios and supported by the Arts Council.
She has performed solo across the UK and Europe
