Trumpeter Dave DeFries will play a One-off Hastings concert during a visit from Spain.
Tickets £8 in advance, £10 on the door.
Dave was a member of Chris McGregor’s Brotherhood of Breath from 1981, and played with Don Weller’s Major Surgery. He was a member of Loose Tubes, the George Russell Orchestra and has also played with Charlie Watts.
Dave’s 1988 solo album “The Secret City” is regarded as on the same axis as Don Cherry & the Art Ensemble of Chicago.
Dave will be accompanied by Terry Pack on bass and Andy Williams on guitar.
